NEWCASTLE
Hey! Long time no see! Gonna write this in english since I'm in Newcastle at the moment and we'll see how it goes haha. Sooo I've been here for one week now, arrived the 15th and I'm absolutely loving this place! The Geordie people are so kind, the city is nice and my flatmates are the best. So far I live with three other girls, Rosa and Joana from Spain and Souki from Belgium and this friday our fifth flatmate will arrive, Esther from Germany.
Today was the first event that the Newcastle University arranged and it was a meet and mingle kind of event. Me and Souki went there, cause the others are studying at another uni. When we were there we met a guy that I got to know at the hostel I stayed at the first night and we played a little bit of ping pong with him and his friends. I also met a Norwegian guy, he's the first one I've met that I've been able to speak swedish with, felt kind of strange really. It's kind of confusing when you suddenly change the language haha. But yeah. The first time here has been really good. Tonight we're going out because we have nothing at the uni until 1pm. I guess I'm gonna be writing here some day again during my stay at Newcastle upon Tyne.
